Advanced Fingerspelling

Does anyone know of a good book / vhs / dvd / website on advanced fingerspelling ... or maybe has some advice / tips they could offer? I'm good at fingerspelling, but would like to improve my technique and maybe speed up a bit without loosing clarity.
 
You're kidding me, right? Just think clearly and your hands will move along at the same pace. I can spell A to Z in less than 4-5 seconds very fluently. You can too!

Well I can do the alphabet very fast, in about 5-6 seconds. Spelling words is harder. I know there are ways of "combining" handshapes to save time while spelling, but I'm wondering if there are another tricks to clarity and speed.
