It's confirm, it's LSF (French Sign Language). Thank to Lee who point it out where that come from.

It's puzzle, we should figure it out.

My guess that the creator of Adult Swim have choice the original sign language which is from France.

I just figure out why the creator decide to use LSF because that video is spread to many country and don't want to give an insult sign. For example, normal we use "T" here in America. It also insult in most Europe. So, it end up as weird "T" which look like "F". Wee wee
