A survey for CI users

This is a survey I found on a CI users blog. It is for the University of Iowa. They are seeking to reaesrch and undertstand of the benefits that can be received from cochlear implants. Their goal is to collaborate responses from as many patients as they can from a wide variety of clinics rather than just patients from their clinic. I would encourage all cochlear implant users who are 18 years old and over to complete the survey!
