A app for finding lost hearing aids.
My sleep disorder kicked in bigtime last night today I am unable to remember parts of yesterday - including where I put my hearing aids. I have the phone tool now but wouldn't it be a kick to have an app that finds selected lost items of importance by some means somehow?

I do that with my compilot hahaha I take it off and it takes ages to remember where I last put it. Found it Wednesday night in my transceiver case in my camera bag. Lol

Maybe when apple starts making everything they'll make "find my hearing aids" hahaha

I had had my hearing aids stuffed in my shirt pocket after a long day in the city... my last memory of them they were just like I had taken them from my pocket kind of smashed and interwined with each other sitting on the counter. Now they are gone. Whoa.
I lost a pair a few years back - almost brand new. I was stunned. I had just cleaned them and got them ready to use later in the day and then cleaned the house. I never saw them again. 5k gone. I felt like the time I had 30 some bee stings.
I am forgetful, I went for six months before I remembered I had insured them. Everyone else was glad I guess. I myself do not mind not hearing any more. I am not worried this time I know they are around somewhere... after that last horrible lesson I quit cleaning the house.

I don't know much about your sleep disorder but would pinning them to your collar with ear gear work or carrying a small purse (or man satchel, forgive me because I don't know if you're male or female) where you ALWAYS put them help you? Mine always to one of three places: ears, dry box, or a small bag attached to my purse/camera bag... Always in one.

Hope you find them as it's an expensive mistake.

Are they insured again?

Mine are always in my ears, dry and store box or my otterbox 1000, I never put them anywhere else. If I don't have my dry and store or otterbox with me, they stay in my ears on mute if I'm not wanting to hear anything.

It took all day but my mind finally cleared and I recovered the memory of where and went right to them. I always had an extremely good memory so it is a big frustration to me to deal with these gaps.
I cannot work until I get this figured out. My breathing machine has changed somehow and I cannot use it. I complained and the company tested it and says it is fine. I have central sleep apnea where I do not get the signal to breathe. It is actually a fairly rare thing to have stand alone central sleep apnea. Usually it is a symptom of something else.
In the course of pushing to find out what is wrong with the machine I learned that the last sleep doctor had the function to force air on me to breathe again turned off. It was written in the prescription they had on file. Huh? That is why I have the machine.
I did complain before that I could hold my breath and the machine did not push air back at me. I get treated like I am mentally ill by them. I am falling through the cracks. It happened before when I had Hodgkins Disease. I was treated like I was mentally ill complaining. It is a family characteristic that we look our best when we are on our last legs.
Lone older bachelors often end up just dying. We are surplus anyway and suspect by society as at least possible degenerates and at best probably crazy. My girlfriend would help make it all work right but she is a few thousand miles away until I can bring her over here.
I did talk to my insurance company and they will pay for me to take the machine to a repair other than the supplier. The supplier voided my warrantee by swapping my machine with a recertified one a couple of years ago much to my irritation when I found out. It is important for a man to stay completely calm and show no irritation or they will really find a way to not help... I guess I had a lot to say here, whoa.
