I love skiing and yea that's about it. I just love it. I'm very happy that this winter season has been awesome. Last year - it sucks because it was too short and warm.

@ Okemo Mountain last weekend. About a minute in.... you will see me crash n' burn. The reason why I'm turning so much and rapidly is because the trail was extremely bumpy... full of surprise soft snow mounds... you will see lot of people around me falling down. I started at black diamond at around South Face... making my way all the way to Jackson Gore (the main entrance area).. very long and a complete video is over 15 minutes.... the video below is edited to shorter version.

this video is my first time using GoPro Pole... now I got some better idea about the viewing angle and position.

Yeah. Great video!!! I have to admit that I do enjoy skiing even though its cute few trails unlike Jiro. LOL I hope we ll get more snow next sunday.

I could not ski... I would do the splits and break something.... Yes, both. I can't even ride a skateboard... I can stand on it, but once it moves it's all over with... :shock: Though, motorcycles are my strong point! :D I would like to eventually learn to snow-board maybe... :hmm:

Pffffft....

I need a hockey mask and a ton of other gear too! I'm not incredibly coordinated when it comes to balancing on moving objects. ( Skating, rollerblading, skate-boarding ect ect. ) :D Now, motor vehicles... ( Cars, four-wheelers, dirt-bikes, motorcycles, snow-mobiles ect ect. ) I've got those down pat! :D Why can't skating and all that come as easy as those did! :mad: Practice makes perfect! :D

feels bad, man! I can't absolutely figure out snowboarding... I've done it only twice and that was it. minor concussion. bruised arse. wrist pains. so skiing all the way! :thumb:

:( Yeah.... That's how I'd be with skiing.... :laugh2: At least snow boarding you're attached to one moving object, not two individual ones that could go opposite ways! :laugh2: Well, I always having swimming I suppose... :dunno2: :D
 
a very shortened version. this is a POV view with GoPro mounted on my helmet. we were going from top of the mountain to an inn to meet up with other group since it was closing soon.

You can't see the hill with deep curve down that I fell down because it was my first day of skiing two weeks ago. I was SO mad becasue I had a hard time getting up with ski boards on. I forced myself to remove my ski boards to get off from my ski boots so I can walk down where the fair flat ground. Then I put my ski boots on the ski boards. I didnt know that my hub took a picture of me. Guess He made fun of me. :D

This is my second years of skiing. I like it a lot.

I know the deaf lady who is close to 50 or already 50. She is learning how to do snowboard for a year. She returend to ski as i asked her what happened. SHe said, snowboard is a lot of work and work. So she wants to relax and enjoy, so return to ski. LOL

Sigh. I miss skiing. Havent been in 4years since I was pregnant for two winters, had two toddlers last winter, and Im pregnant again this winter. Maybe next winter we can teach the little ones. My daughter wants to learn since she saw Goofy ski on tv. :)
