My original post was ambiguous (admittedly, because I didn't honestly realize you were in hyperactive nit-picking mode) so in that post, I clarified the meaning of my ambiguous wording to be more specific about what I meant.
Clarification is the process of adding more details so that a previously ambiguous explanation (or phrase, term, etc) is less ambiguous. This is a common practice, especially when people have misunderstood the meaning of something you've said.

I was incorrect when I said that prostitution was legal in "Vegas". I should have instead said "Nevada".
