Lookin good! Around here they say putty and paint make her what she aint.

yeah, I think Im gonna sell the house, buy a smaller place. Yard too big to keep after besides I dont have the funds to do the landscaping or the strength to keep after all the over growth on the hills.
Going to get a smaller 2 bedroom for my son and I with a nice fenced yard. I'd rather have a 1 floor ranch than a 2 story with a garage to work in. Let someone else who has money play with this place, cant let my dog run free and have to constantly watch my pup and my son due to strays and no fences.
If I decide to sell, it will be awhile yet, but I can come out ahead with a little extra. Its basically all profit.

little more elbow grease used...

It looks likes she is thinking of jumping onto the couch . She is very cute. The door came out very nice.
Yeah, she is not allowed on furniture. She has a nice fluffy doggie bed and blanket with lots of fluffy toys to cuddle with and stay warm, she is really spoiled.

The haz mat team sign ... you should permanently mount that to the outside of the bathroom door :laugh2:
LOL I agree, that was one of the magnetic signs from my old job for the vans they got away from and started applying decals instead

Well the back door had some damaged areas where water rotted the lower section of the frame, instead of buying a new replacement door I decided to repair it myself. New weather stripping, new aluminum sill plate, new door seal, got everything for less that $20, compared to a new door for $200

sealed off a wall that is tongue and groove, it is insulated but not air tight so, this spring means some more tearing out and drywalling..., Installed a fireproof pad under the wood stove which wasnt and easy task alone, and frosted the front door glass and put blinds on as i removed the paper construction type blinds.
