A day through a Deaf person's eyes

I thought the part with the police pulling the woman over was odd. I really don't a police would say " forget it and walk away "

I agree, I don't think the police would walk away. The girl was used to writing, she should have written or used her i pad or some other piece of technology to alert the policeman..

I assume the walkaway was done as part of the You Tube movie. The Deaf hadn't better believe that is true as they will find themselves dragged out of a vehicle. Be prepared to show something that you are deaf and ask the police to write instructions to you.

Yeah like get a letter from their audi or doctor and keep close if you do get pulled over. That is what I was thinking I hope people will think if they're deaf or hoh and get caught speeding nothing will happen.
 
i have experience in my life, re cops walking away...
Me . A car load of Deafies, pseked but thebsmowk from drugs was thick....so thick we didnt notice the cop pull up behind us,
Once fsced with abcsr od Deaf signing, and im.certain the cop coukd cut the smoke of weed withbhis hands likw us, ...which is csuse to search, which would of led to descover of blow and junk..

He didnt want to go though the fuss, we were a few bloxks from Deafie school, and we tokd him.writing we pulled over to chat...(with a straight face of course),
He didnt bother...
and that was that
anyway, other times too, even at border...
People are lazy...
And it helps...
