We're will get married in a church, and rent a hall for the reception, so it won't be outdoor in case it rain that day.....Sorry... 
GalaxyAngel will be creating some things for our wedding etc as she is hired by RR and I....
I'm not going to say too much cause it would spoil the moment, so Ill wait until the wedding day and you all will see what it looks like..... 
If anyone wants to share some ideas about the wedding, like Rebelgirl and others did as above, we will love to hear them....so bring it on!!!...
