I have seen many variations of this, they are all complete crap.

They DO however, have merit in that you are making a subconscious decision that this will happen, which will increase your odds of this happening, but not guarantee it.

For example, if you want a job, you will go in confident, and composed, and will have a better chance at the interview, plus you will be less likely to give up.

But if you want to become a fish, then that is obviously NOT going to happen.
