Have you notice that nobody is posting and complaining about republicans but you still bitching about democrats and taxes. Listen here You don't have a freggin job so stop complaining! No wonder why we don't have members coming here anymore cuz I know why now because you never stop complaining

I don't agree with all of Ravensteve's postings but I don't see any problem with his posting this thread. If you don't want to read about TP taxes, just ignore the thread. It's easy.

Hey Ravensteven.. it's a good idea to put your alldeaf user * Complainer* cuz you seem love to complain so much about everything.. or you just look for our attention to pity on you?

For once Ravensteve has not mentioned his hearing loss in this thread, so why bring it up? I didn't read anything that appeared to be looking for pity. I thought the TP tax story was kind of funny and interesting.

There is one thing even more annoying then reading Ravensteve's complaints, and that is reading other posters' complaints about Ravensteve.

State taxes are left up to the states to decide. When I lived in Florida, they had repealed sales taxes on groceries. That was a big savings to families. But when I tried to register my car with an out of state title, the fees were more than the car was worth. Here in Tennessee we pay sales tax on groceries. And each county enacts it's own "wheel tax" as it is called on cars. Some have none, here it is $35, in some counties it is $75. We pay 9.785% sales tax on everything including toilet paper. Even used cars have sales tax. The taxes are enacted by all politicians, not one kind or another. It is just a fact that everyone who works and gets paid for it pays out a portion in taxes. About 20% total in most places. A lot of that goes to support people who can't or won't work, roads, hospitals, libraries, prisons, and on and on. It's just life.

Yep. We pay several hundred dollars per year for our personal property vehicle tax, in addition to the initial sales tax on them (used). We have state income tax and sales tax on everything, including food and utilities. There is no end to the taxes. I am dreading April 15th. Grrrrr....

If you go ahead and read every topic started by ravensteve, i think i have seen ONE (yes, amazingly, ONE) topic that was not full of ignorance or blame against someone else.

He can post a news article about "a cat who's going to die because the owner cant afford the bills."

and then he starts the discussion by saying "its all democrats fault! they tax us so much that we cant take care of our cats anymore!"

thats why everybody is against him, you have amazing tolerance for him reba.

Yep; That is correct. I tried telling him that in private message but he didn't listen so I gave up. :(

Heres what you can do about state taxes. Next time a politican brings it up if it passes take his name down and vote em out. Thats what charlie engen said on charlie chat on dishnetwork. He said if youre upset about the satelite tax on your bill theres an election. You vote em out. Thats what exactly i did and a lot of floridans who have dishnetwork we all voted out gale harrington state representive. Shes out of the job thanks to charlie engen CEO dishnetwork.

In Utah we pay taxes for everything. The Utah State Tax is 4,5%, then you have the city/county taxes added on top of it. I think Salt Lake City taxes is like 6,75% but I will have to check again. It also is more higher for restaurants, more like 8,25% or something like that.

Also, it may be good to have people pay taxes so that the tourists who come to use our networks here, plus the land here, will also be subject to Utah taxes. Utah is after all a Republican state, and Republican/Democrat has nothing to do with toilet taxes.

heh.. that is quiet interesting article... i wonder if RS wud poop outside the captial house and wipe the leaves instead of the toliet rolls cuz he doesnt want to pay the taxes. hmm !

RS, Prepare to store the leaves in ur bathroom for ur only pooping, okay ? summer is coming up...
