Well, I know that Sugar could be bad sometime... But I have to eat some of Sugar to keeping my sugar level up not too low... I always get between of 40 to 100 bgm after Dinner, if in the morning it will be maybe between 20 to 40, but honest with you I feel so fine with that way :dunno: also, the reason why because I have too much of Insulin Cells in my body that eat all of sugar up in fast way, not slowly. That's why I gained alot of weight :(

That BGM I tested:

It was after I went out with Sequoias and our three friends to China Buffet, I ate alot food then came to work, tested on my sugar level and it's 62 which is very low.

And, I remember my mom explained to me when that woman speeched at my diet progam in 2005...

She said that people have to eat REAL sugar like, real white sugar from Cane and brown sugar. People cannot eat Splendia, Equal, etc fake sugar because they cause people having healthy problem which I guess that list is from fake sugar, not real sugar then... I must use sugar that is from Cane and Brown sugar only, not splendia or other kind of brand that is very fake... Or I wont use high frucose that is bad and fake...

You should check with your doctor on this.

I think as long as you eat sugar in moderation, as with other things, you will be fine. there is no need to totally eliminate sugar from your diet.

Yes I know what you mean... but they are STILL sugar (chemistery sweetner vs real sugar)... I know that fake sugar is unhealthy than real sugar but they does affect people's health... Eat real sugar moderately (cookies, cakes, sweet, etc).

My husband is diabetic type 2. So, he has to monitor his sugar intake. I didn't know most of it can cause problems. I'm so glad that I don't drink sugar sodas. I watch my sugar intake even though I'm not diabetic.
