So what is going on?
 
We'll see the 'deafhood syndrome' happen at Gally as we're seeing it happen with DCARA up north California.

Deafhood syndrome makes the position or the 'seat' too hot for anyone to sit in without setting off an uproar.

They are not rushing things like you seem to want to. They are seeking an Interim President and up to a 24 month timetable to find a President.
