I think I'll give up on AT T. Have any of you gave up on AT T after 30 days? If so, what did you have to do? Turn phone in to your local AT T store or did you have to ship it??

Maybe not happy with signal in that location.

Right. That is one of the reasons. There are many other reasons, but I'll not bore you with every reasons.

Basically, I went to AT T store today and they said I would stop in and cancel service any time before 30 days is up.

That's your choice, do whatever makes you happy.

If you have a contract with ATT, read it. It should tell you what to do if you want to cancel it. If after 30 days, you may have to pay an early termination fee.

I mean before 30 days....
Fine, just follow the instructions in your contract when you cancel it. You can't expect other people's contract the same as yours. It's best to read your own contract rather than asking people what they did.

No more AT T for me. I got Verizon Droid 3. I wasn't happy. Now have Stratosphere from Verizon.

Verizon has a better signal although I will say their customer service can be complete crap sometimes.

Overall I like Verizon better than AT&T.

I'm glad you agree with me. I would rather have a better signal over great customer service.

Just get a iPhone and over it. I knew few of my friends complained about their Android got crash issue.

What's wrong with Droid 3?

The camera gallery for Sidekick 4G, Samsung Glide, and Stratosphere all works in the same way. I didn't like how gallery was set up on Droid 3.

If you want to take care of that, just root the D3 and copy the gallery.apk over from the SK4G/Glide/Stratosphere or whatever AOSP build and you have it taken care of. It goes in /system/app and you need to mount the system partition as write able.

Doing this technically voids your warranty but you can always put it back with a stock D3 Motorola SBF using RSD lite program and no one would ever know. ;)

Did you know that they are Android OS and no point to keeps replace a new device since they are almost exactly same Android OS.

So You should try iPhone 4.
