Im all for it..It keeps terrorist in check. We should keep an eye on them. Watch em every move they make. So we can act before they strike again. Its like taming a rattlesnake. You point your gun at that rattle snake and tell him dont move an inch. If he moves an inch you let him have it.Just like what Clint Eastwood does

Wal-Mart is a company. You're free to not shop there if you don't like to be watched by Wal-Mart.

But there's no choice in this case. They'll watch you whether or not you like it and wherever you go. You ain't got no choice.

Walmart is private company so they are free to set the camera at walmart to delay the shoplifting.

The spy plane is issued by government and I do not believe that government has business to spy on me.

We are not figgin' police state.
 
And again the consitution plays a role in this. You cannot peep on someone without probable cause. Or it gets thrown out of court. Just like Cops cant bust down your door without a warrent.

I'm dare that Supreme Court will throw drone out of US like they did with warrantless GPS tracking in cars.

In case you didn't know, Patriot Act does not require a warrant nor probable cause. Did you read this bill carefully? You do not need probable cause for drone surveillance since it's in plain sight.

that's why you can get arrested by cop if you got pulled over for speeding and he happened to see drug paraphernalia or illegal weapon in your car.
