Yes, there are computer generated caption. It is fairly new more and more companies are trying to save money trying experiment using voice recognition technology in attempt to replace the real person caption.
As of right now computer generated caption is not even close to perfect, too many errors because computer can't recognize difference in accent. That why they sucks.
