Hey all,

It's been ages since I last posted here =)

I recently started studying Bachelor of Education at the University of Southern Queensland. I am studying to become a Teacher of the Deaf.

I was wondering if there were other people here also studying to be Teacher of the Deaf, or are already professional Teachers of the Deaf.

I also would like to gather information on different education systems provided for Deaf/hearing impaired students internationally.

Do you have any particular age group that you would like to teach in and what subject, that is if you already know?

I'm focusing on primary school aged children in all subjects.
 
hi I am new but I also start a Deaf education program this fall at Utah State University. I had started at University of Utah under special education but realized that Deaf education is the right way to teach, contact me anytime.
