Hi, I have hearing aids and a Cochlear implant which have never been used and feel it is wasted sat at home unused. Does anyone know how/where I can sell these to help someone out if they need them? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

Hello I was wondering if I need to take this piercing out in order to get BTE hearing aids? I'm trying to avoid it due to migraine problem because clips that nerve for me. I really like to know if I have any options to keep it or if I need to take it out. Please let me know your opinion
