I am partly blind and my parents only knew that I was deaf until I was 2 years old. It means that I missed 2 years of learning.

Today I learned that life is never too easy for any anyone like you think. You will definitely come across to a lot of people, who will appreciate you , understand your views and also you will find a lot of people going against your point and possibly pointing the weakest area of you.

If it is what you want..like someone said why not? Is your insurance paying for the hearing aids or are you buying them from the internet? I think the best thing is to visit an audiologist.
