    AliciaM, I used to wear ITE HA's all the years, so I continued with this approach. I'll bring that point to my audiologist. He thinks that the reason is related to the movement from analog to digital. I hope he is right. I'll continue to make my brain working hard... Thanks again!

    djchur, When I asked my audiologist what the common complains about digital HA's are, he said that the users complained that everything sounds much quieter. But this doesn't disturb me. Thanks for your response!

    AliciaM, All the years I used to have ITE HA's, the audiologist had suggested BTE HA's when I ordered the HA's but I didn't listen to him and ordered ITE. I don't think that it's the source of the "NEW" sounds I've described below. The audiologist thinks that the source of those "NEW"...

    LoveBlue, Thanks for your reply, you succeeded to encourage me. You said it takes time to get used to the "new" sounds, and after while it sounds normal. How much time did it take you to hear those sounds normal? Again, thanks!
