I work in a hospital as a nurse. I take care of newborns in a hospital setting, and recently encountered an issue. We use the Infant CPR Anytime dvd to teach our parents CPR for their babies. It comes in both English and Spanish, but completely lacks subtitles for the deaf or hearing...

Quick update: I'm still finding that the settings on my Phonak Certanas aren't quite right, but I don't want to go back to the audiologist that dispensed them. I'm calling the audiologist I went to once that I thought was awesome, but never was able to go back to again for insurance reasons...

After a few months away, I've returned! So, hello again. :)
