I know how you feel, I work with people.. I always have notebook with me. I tell them to write what they want to say or to speak with me if I cant understand since I don't read lips that well.

Sometimes I cannot attend Wolves game like last Wed I was very sick so my boyfriend sit in for me. I do give my ticket to friends sometimes but mostlly my boyfriend when he have night off. Next season I am getting 2 tickets so either boyfriend or whoever can attend with me.

I have night blindness too. I also notice that I am losing some side vision. Smaller letters are harder to write so I have to enlarge or get my glasses off to read better.
