    Pat's (bbaseballboy) Surgery log

I was told that the longer wire that come with Cochlear (the one you called the lossless wire) is for TV, we need to connect this cable with the little one that is called direct connect cable (you posted pic of it), I'm not sure about this as my good TV broke and I'm using an older one like 10...

I have not watch the videos you have posted but I was picturing myself walking around in streets with these huge headsets, yes it's funny watching people looking at me like an idiot, on other note, some of these headsets are great as you said for gaming, I don't play games like you, how old are...

    Pat's (bbaseballboy) Surgery log

I use the remote a lot, I'm 16 days post activation so I'm still new, I love the idea of the remote as I play with the sensitivity which is for background noise, I reduce it or increase depend on the situation, like for example to understand speech more in noisy situation I noticed that when I...

    Pat's (bbaseballboy) Surgery log

bbaseballboy123, great to know that you are doing good, tmic in AB is just like what Cochlear has on top of the processor, there is NOTHING SPECIAL about it, just the location, I spoke with top people in this industry and they explained to me both AB and Cochlear microphones are same, however AB...

I have used oticon for 10 years before getting CI over 3 weeks back, changed models over 5-6 times, latest one was agile? with streamer and loved them, I'm not allowed to use my HA in the other ear now as my audi wants me to train the CI one for a while, I've tried Phonak for like a week but did...

A dad that needs some feedback

I forgot to add that during the last 10 years I wore the best, most expensive hearing aid money could buy and I was doing great and was able to use the phone, but still I could not understand speech much without lip reading and not to forget the whole thing affected my social life, so yes you...

A dad that needs some feedback

Hi dada2cole You have gotten some responses from people who are either hard of hearing or deaf and their responses are based on their own personal experience, feel and so on, you SHOULD NOT base your son life based on these facts, you should not listen to us, heard of hearing (hoh)/deaf...
