Here's an interesting development: Stellar Nordia (Go America's contractor) has blocked all scam calls through the IP Relay system, and is laying off the majority of its relay operators.

You can do the same thing with My IP Relay. Just type start a conversation with "myiprelay," type "call," then give them a phone number. Then make the operator say whatever you want. It's hilarious!

Finger spelling is definitely the easiest part to learn about ASL. If you sit down for a good 20-30 minutes and study the manual alphabet, you can easily memorize it.

It doesn't really sound like a scam. I don't see how they would benefit with your vehicle identification number. Get in touch with the manufacturer or dealership you bought the car from. They should be able to answer any questions concerning your car's warranty, if you do have one.
