Sould hearing people that know ASL use sign all the time if a Deaf person is present?

If the deaf person was involved in the situation I would sign, no questions asked. If there was a conversation with myself, a deaf friend, and another hearing person who does not sign, I would try to interpret the conversation to the best of my abilities.
