Is there anymore info about this?? I'm not deaf..and i'm learning ASL at my highschool and for a homework assignment we are suppose to find a current event happening in the deaf community. And i wanna choose this but i need more info.

Hey my name is Kelsie..and i'm not deaf or hard of hearing. I'm new on here and i'm just wondering what some good websites are to know some current events in the deaf community. Oh and i'm learning ASL in school, and i also want to make some friends who are deaf.
