    I am with you on that. Now I have purple aids, with pink/blue swirl molds, and my aids always have rhinestones on them. I also have very short blonde hair that doesn't cover my aids at all.

    Perfecting lipreading skills?

    I am one of the few who can lip read with very good accuracy without the support of sound. It just came naturally for me. It depends on the person, and the accent, and how well I know the person but with people who speak clearly I am quite good. However, ASL is still best for me!

    on-line hearing aids

    As much as I complain about them, after 2 years of painful adjustment time I do like them...most of the time. Also, I am sure children who start with them early on would have a much better adjustment to them than adults. I think it would be like a CI...us adults are too used to hearing one way...

    Deaf who voice...need advice

    Communication preference in any situation can really differ. However, your role as an interpreter is to always MATCH the Deaf person. I they want you to sign PSE and mouth that is what you do, if they want you to sign ASL that is what you do, if they want you just to mouth that is what you do...
