CC has to come through the signals.. Many times it is the jumbled signals that don't have the CC part with it . Technology is so fragmented in the USofA CC don't always come through. A while back CC wouldn't come through the HMDI cable that is used on HDTV. So the technology need to allow...

Purple filing bankruptcy ? WOW At 6.65 a minute in VRS fees they make.. VRS is a cash cow and hence why there is so many companies trying to get a slice of the FCC pie. I believe there is too many VRS companies now and most offer inferior services... Time for FCC to straighten out this VRS...

Anyone have trouble getting it ? What is your opinon of Zvrs ? Some people have been trying to get the Ojo for 39 dollars and have not had any call back from Zvrs to place their order... I think it is weird that a salesperson have to call you just to order it . Why not let us order it...

Ojo is the name of the device... SnapVRS just happen to be the first to use Ojo for videophone...ZVRS have the Ojo also to use as a videophone...

I just tried to contact SnapVRS tech support 4 times today via Live Assistant ( chat window via computer )... And 4 times I was timed out !!! GEESH !!!
