ALL of my computers are HP. They are the best, next to Mac. :) Dell key buttons break off so easily! I'm sure you can find a wonderful HP for less than the price you are wanting. :-) And yep, most HP do come with portable optical mouse.

I don't know why people said DeafPagers is scam? I try support most Deaf businesses as often as possible. I never really had problem with them, other than like I said, they have slower service than others. And should make their website more professional. But they really do have pagers. :)
