That's one of my issues with ZVRS. They make you jump through hoops to get a new product you need. Why would they make you give up one product of theirs to get another inferior product, just to get the one thing you need?

The way to transfer files is itunes. That's only if you don't want to use any cloud services (icloud, dropbox, etc...) It's pretty simple. Why not just use itunes?

If you're refusing TTY then is your need really an emergency? A landline with a TTY seems to be the only choice that works for you. That's the way it is, unless you can get those business to text with you through text messages. I do that with our auto mechanic and one or two other businesses...

I had the captions stop working on all channels a couple of weeks ago. I went to online chat on comcast. They tried to say it was my TV, but I'm not stupid. I tested it on other TVs as well. Nothing. Then they finally sent a signal (reset??) to my cable box. Boom! captions started working...

They probably updated his flash player. That doesn't have much to do with CC, but if it was out of date, malfunctions can happen.

You don't need to jailbreak it to use it, just use your apple ID to access the App Store. If you forgot the password go to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid and reset your password.

Too bad for her. I downloaded it directly to my iPhone 5c from the App Store. I also did the same with my older iPhone 4. No iTunes needed at all. It's not my fault if she is not up-to-date with Apple technology.
