Interesting. I have one that didn't last 3 years. I think it's junk. However, since I have a whole system, we'll likely get a new one. Maybe this time it will last.

That's good if it works with a monitor. That's a positive for the NVP. I do not want it on my main TV. I haven't been shopping for a while, but where can I buy a $99 TV? WalMart or Target?

That's Sorenson's argument, but I'm not sure that it matters. The Z-20 is doing the job well. Who cares if it wasn't designed specifically for the deaf? It has been adapted well. The VCO feature is one thing the NVP can't match. It also does not require me to interrupt my family's TV...

The video quality has been extremely good so far. I'm loving it! I've wanted a VP like this for a long time. No complaints from me. The interpreters have been better than what I'm used to as well.

I got my Z-20 this week. This thing is way better than the VP-200! I'm glad we did it so far.

I think not. If I understood correctly, you hook it to a TV (or monitor) to use, but it doesn't come with a monitor.

Good points. It turns out he was not eligible for discount on Sidekick. Wee he he found out he decided for Sprint BB 9650. He will be fine for 2 years with that. I don't think RIM is going anywhere. The BB is still a great email device They'll be fine. People are still buying it.

Several people just switch from old SK to this new one, but the store could not transfer their contacts from tmail. They came to me since I'm pretty good with gadgets. Anyone know how I can do the transfer for them without having to re-type all of their contacts?
