Lunch was minestrone again. It just gets better. Dinner was kid friendly fish tacos. Fish sticks rolled in a warm tortilla. We also had cole slaw, fresh tomato and melon for desert. Mmm. The 6 year old ate 1 and 1/2 tacos with ketchup and slaw and melon. I was amazed!

Congratulations on the adorable grand-dog. What a cute one.

Home cooked minestrone soup for lunch and bowling alley burgers for dinner. It was soo good.

Chinese style orange pork chops, sugar snap stir fry, basmati rice and nice, tall, glass of water. It was very, very good. A friend shared her recipe. It was easy and good.
