You can set your phone to upload your pictures automatically when you take them using your phone. Then when you are at your computer or even using your phone, you can arrange them into albums however you want. Your pictures will show up across all your signed in devices.

I wouldn't count on removable phones in future. That seems to be a thing of the past now.

Do you have android phone?

If you are using android, why not just use google pictures and have it automatically upload as you go. Once you have a moment, you can log in and arrange your pictures way you want it..
