I'm thinking that it's horrible for teachers to ask students to write papers on what they're passionate about. You end up hating it because of all the papers. :(

Yes eye contact and smiling are nice but you know, as a hearing woman, I'd be a bit nervous if a man, any man, were staring too hard WHILE smiling all the time! Know what I mean? There's eye gaze and then there's well, sort of creepy. :shock:
