I have no doubt that they can what I know is that it is very hard for them. I also know that a profoundly deaf person cannot have a complete conversation on the phone. There are just certain things that no matter how hard a profoundly deaf person tries they cannot do it.

Both of my children are being raised orally. My daughter signs a lot better then my son and her writing skills are bit worst then his but I am not blaming the fact that her signing skills are better then his.

But a car accident can be avoid, we just pass somekind of all where we cann use them. Just like somepeople want to pass law that would make implants illegal. Same thing just on much larger scale.

I think that is a great idea. Let's set up a campaign to stop all people using cars or least to stop from putting children into cars.
