Why would you want to have a friend like him? He's shown his true colors - I'd just shut the door behind this part of your life and be glad you don't share children with him. And the new honey doesn't realize she's getting a preview of how he'll treat her eventually.

I like Aquaphor better. Much better for skin, allowing it to breathe - unlike petroleum jelly. I use it on my hands and lips.

And avoid the liquid calories: regular soda, energy drinks, juice, etc. Calories really add up quickly there and they don't fill you.
