I asked my audiologist if I can Donate my old aids and he told me they can not accept mine as they are to out of date. I only got them in 2016 so how can they be out of date? I have the second ones on the image. So they are still advertising my hearing aids for sale.

Depending on what country you live in. Some charity may be able to help you. But in the UK you can not work and claim benefits/welfare if you do you get heavy fines. Might be a case of Google and asking your local area council or looking for deaf society in your area to help advice you better :)
