what MCB said, I use the bottom part to scrape out the wax from the earmold so... that's my life hack here ;)

same here too, mine has no issues so far except for cosmetic LOL!!! (it's just showing its age with some wear and tear since that's from 2014) wax is an issue in which can be scraped out with some plackers *this is my life hack with earmolds too*
