Went to see my doctor today...and for the first time, they used the Interpreter on Demand Video...guessing it's called VRI...anyway, had no problem with it at all...enjoyed the chat with the operator (from Pa.) My doctor said they were no longer using "live" interpreters...Guessing live...

Interesting post!...I, too,, have an internal clock...LOL...example is that if I have an appt. early AM. it's on my mind when I go to bed. For some reason or the other...I get a "tap" on my shoulder an hour or so before the appt. time! It's very strange...

Eventually and hopefully, you will be able to "tune it out" as I did. For years, I suffered with it and not knowing what it was..even when I would be conversing with someone, it would start and I would lose all my concentration as to what was being said.....then the "musical tinnitus" kicked in...

I concur!...And there are times when an interpreter is not available...for various reasons...so instead of sueing, they should have rescheduled. The appt. the couple had with the doctor was just to discuss their daughter's treatment and tests...Which I feel very confident the wife could have...

It's frustrating!...Go into stores, and my eyes "blur"...The drops I have now...Restasis, 0.05% are helping a lot (these are prescription)...1 drop each eye, twice a day. All of the over-the-counter eye drops?...None worked...except for Systane (over the counter)...

Having Dry Eye Syndrome...eyes water and water...things get blurry. So cc's were hard to read...I have a 52'' LG, and sit about 6-8 feet from it...Anyway, got some "new" eye drops for the condition and my eyes are better. Looking forward to eye surgery soon and a lens implant (left eye). Hoping...

Just watched a vlog about there were over 6,000 deaf in the Chicago area....But you never see them out and about. Wonder why?..."Proud to be Deaf"...but still in hiding?....They don't sign in public...So they are invisible.

Recently, the same thing happened to a neighbor of mine. He was on oxygen and still smoked in bed. he was burned very badly, and died a few days later in the hospital.
