I'm doing good now after my knee scope work.. knee is back to normal almost but still got some things to do to get it better as ever.. but what followed was the worst week ever for me, being sick and having bad headaches and etc from that spinal anthestica that did give me that much trouble. had...

Feeling a bit better today after my knee surgery yesterday.. wow what a wild adventure...will explain more later... ohhh...*btw in case ya asking, my knee is okay and sore but that's normal lol*
