Yes I went. I stayed for a little over a hour. It wasn't too bad. There were a few people that talked to me. It was very overwhelming though. But I'm glad I went :-) They invited me to the next one and will get word to me or my husband, letting us know where and when.

There is deaf social tomorrow night. I've never been to one before. I'm still new at sign language and I've only been deaf for 4 months. I'm worried that I won't be able to understand anyone there. There is also a class of asl students coming to meet with deaf people as well. I will only know...
