1968 is long gone, and society has undergone numerous changes in the process.

"Liberal" and "Hippie" are not the same concept.

The second quote is a line from a song written by a very wealthy song writer, performed by a group of very wealthy musicians, and they were not U.S. citizens.
 
A death threat on Twitter? :laugh2:

If Palin hadn't spent so much time on Twitter, she might not have had to resign her governorship. She would have had time to devote to the job she was elected to do.
 
I don't think we should interpret this to mean that the left in general is violent or crazy. I think we should take away from this the fact that there is a fringe on both sides. It's wrong to sanctimoniously paint one side as violent and crazy because of the unacceptable actions (real or otherwise) of a fringe while ignoring the unacceptable actions of the fringe on one's own side. It makes for a great smear, but people like me are fed up of that crap.

Why does I should care about her? She isn't governor anymore and she is pure quitter so she isn't getting my respect either.

I don't respect you much when you say dumb stuff like that, but that doesn't mean I think it's fine for people to make online death threats against you.

No, I'm not talking about you but just for Palin that she isn't getting my respect due her views, even have death threat is just wrong and you think that I would care about her so short answer is no. Let her to handle it by herself or her families.

I don't know if Palin could be miscommunication and make false claim like Eric Cantor did so that leading me to not trust or don't care about her.
