Deaf KFC in Cairo, anyone been?

Hi, when I get to egypt this february, I'll be there for a year and will make it a point to visit that restaraunt since I'll be living in the cairo area anyway. Anyone been to this particular KFC or seen anything similar?

interesting .. I never been to Egypt , but my wife has. Wish she knew about it, she would have checked it out and take pics for me. A real chain store operated by a deaf/HOH. How sad in America there is no chain operated store run by deaf, not even in Canada.
 
Cool... I see they can point to a board in front of them when they place their order, right?

Is anybody able to tell me what they were talking about?
