We learned that someone must have stolen TCS's credit card info. The way we learned this was FedEx delivered a Dell laptop to us this morning. We didn't order a Dell laptop. So, TCS contacted Dell customer service. He spoke with a very nice young lady (from India, I think) who told us what to do. She also reported it to their fraud department. TCS checked his bank account and found that the charge was "pending". Dell will cancel the charge but just to be safe TCS is going to the credit union to get a new card and report the fraud. Grrrrr!
