Baby monitor

I am looking for a good system to alert me (at night) when my baby is crying. Currently comparing Sonic Alert and Ameriphone clocks, both which have the bedshaker and optional baby cry signaler. Does anyone have experiences with either for monitoring their baby?

I am currently leaning toward the Ameriphone based on what I have read but curious to hear if there are other options for me.

I have the Ameriphone Alertmaster and I am happy with it. You will have to buy the baby cry signaler separately though. I bought these items from www.harriscomm.com.
 
I have alermaster baby monitor, it did work for me good.. Also other is another in the store, they have lights and vibrate pagers for baby monitor such in walmart. My friend had that, it work real good. Very strong vibe.
 
I used sonic alert and love it!

I still have it and will keep it until my grandchildren comes. Opps, shouldnt say that because I am not ready for any grandchildren yet! ha
 
When I had two sons, I am usual the one getting up in the mornings, So I brought myself a baby cry signaler, You put it in the baby's room and plugs into any outlet in the baby's room. I have another part that connect with the baby cry signaler for my lamp in my bedroom, so every time the baby cries my lamp flashes in my room. It wakes me up very well. Never overslept with that product. I brought mine from Harris Communication. Shop from them all the time. :D
