I decided to put poll and see what people have polled....since other thread isn't clear.

I say sentence him to isolated house arrest in Neverland for the rest of his life. By the time he/she/it is 70 he/she/it will be goonier than a shithouse rat, as if he/she/it isn’t already. :dizzy:

Well that is good... 3 people think he need to go to psych ward...

that is like not guilty. So That is 5 votes not guilty and 1 vote guilty. :smash:

um, psych ward still isn't good, it doesn't literally set him free. It only makes him get some serious help.

HE is not 100% perfect you know that, Everyone bounce to make mistakes and being GUILTY as well. I believe he is Guilty and NEED to go to Psycho ward as well. I wish I could Vote on both but Main thing I know he need is PSYCHO ward more than just being as GUILTY!

I posted this already in the other thread, but I think he is guilty. However, I also think his sleazy lawyers will find a way to get him off, and I find this extremely sad. It was brought up that the Mother is doing this for the money, and that may be. I don't believe she is entirely squeaky clean in this, but that doesn't mean he is innocent.

My opinion is very biased (I will freely admit this), but I absolutely think he did what he is accused of.

Prob with being sent to a psych ward is the fact of being released years earlier than if he were sentanced to a regular jail term. Let him go to jail. They tend to be self regulating there.

Sorry Ms. Pinnochio, but I'm with Levonian on this one, with the exception though, that house arrest at Neverland would remove a lot of the cost on taxpayer money, but is waaay too cushy for punishment.

I agree with you. I also would like to add that pedophiles have a very poor response rate to psychiatric intervention. It's a hotly debated topic, but it's said that pedophiles cannot be rehabilitated and I believe it.

:D
Well give him 3 years in prison...
Maybe the prisoners will help him pump up
muscle cause his body is sooo skinny and eeky.

And maybe his skin will turn back dark...

his body will never turn dark again...not even when he has some freaky skin cancer.

but the police officers saw many tubes of skin bleaching creme.

I don't think he really does have that. They don't turn white that fast...

I didn't literally say he has skin cancer but he has something that relates to skin cancer, anyway.

why do you think he always hold the umbella when he walks under the sun light even though it's not raining or anything?

Maybe he thinks he is Mary Poppins. :dunno:
Mary Poppins carried an umbrella and be around kids and stuff.

It works the other way, too. There's the possibility of incarceration to a looney bin that will run as long if not longer than a prison sentence, especially if it is believed that people like that cannot be rehabilitated.
