You could buy one with a lockable latch to enable pet to stay in or out; or a magnetic one that keeps wild animals out.

awww I love those thread here... Those threads remind me of my visit to USA in summer 2007. I saw some raccoons climbed up to tree in Angel´s property one of nights when we stay outside for chat.
