It was a long ago, I watched it while I was in elementary school so it would be around 30 years ago (late 70's or early 80's). For some reason a few of the scene popped in my mind and it's been bugging me.
It featured a deaf boy who had a hard time with speech and eventually befriends an older boy (or young man?) and they have fun together. Near the end of the movie the older person had an accident, he fell down and was seriously injured. The deaf boy was forced to find help on his own but some people ignored him at first. He finally finds someone who was patient enough to try and understand the boy and got help.
Not much detail but hopefully someone here would know. Thanks!! It would be especially marvelous if I can get the video with captioning or subtitle, do I'd finally understand the movie.
