I am just surprised how some people say they have significant others even though they never met in person, just through email or chat.
There's no friggen way I'd date someone online.
I have known a few people that has proposed. THEN met. Then married. I don't think its the question of if you have to meet in person. Just the question of if you can build the trust/faith expected of each other.
Do you have to date? Do you have to interlope? Nah. All about if the person's worth it. And there just might be someone... You'd all be surprised.
Then again I just might be crazy.

Mr. P - "Crazy and lovin' it", aye? Well I'm with you.
Hubby [Aghori] and I were friends first, we met, started dating, we moved in together, exchanged commitment rings, set a wedding date and got married. Aghori moved to Canada from USA and it's been over 5 years to this date.
By the way, we met online.
I think Netrox was referring to people who have boyfriends or girlfriends without even meeting them in real life.

When I was 19, I met a few young men (same ages as me) through online. But it was a pre-date. Two of them told me that date online is much better than dating in persons.
I think dating online is not so bad at all. I would love to do it again in future, online or in person

Heh, well. I told them that I would prefer to see them in person first. I never actually date a person through without getting know more about someone else. I only "dated" two guys but it was just an another lack of communcation. Dates ended there.
