I have been having problems with Dairy Products and other things as well.
I have switched to Lactose Free milk and even bought Enzyme Pills. They don't always seem to work. Will seeing a doctor be worth it? I mean, will the doctor just tell me to avoid the offending food or will the doctor provide me with information?
I have a problem with other foods as well, so it may just be IBS.
I have been thinking about going to the doctor. I don't know much about living lactose-free because I use milk for my oatmeals, use cheese for sandwich. Mayo for my tuna. I mean, I will probably have no food to eat.
I don't want the doctor to just tell me to avoid food. I really need to know how to find ways to eat differently.
It's really lame to live on Enzymes pills because the cost really adds up. It cost more than milk itself.
Ugh! It's an annoying problem for a few years now. I think I know what may have caused this intolerance. I may have IBS.
I basically have dairy stuff with my breakfast. What will I eat?
Anyone Lactose Intolerant offer advice?
